While Domino’s Pizza is known for the success of delivering in 20 minutes or less, we decided that it was a good time for change. From changing the way we make our pizzas, to adding variety to our menu, we realized that change is in fact…good. Not only is the food better since we’ve changed, but the way we serve our community should be better too. So, that’s what we did.

We call it Pizza Theater.

The new pizza theater store design allows flexibility for a number of features otherwise unheard of when it comes to the “traditional” Domino’s store. Highlights include a comfortable lobby, open-area viewing of the food preparation process, and the ability to track carryout orders electronically on a lobby screen. The store will also feature chalkboards to allow customers to express their creativity or to leave feedback for store team members.

With a friendly atmosphere for kids and adults, it is a great way to show that Domino’s cares about its customers, and that every change made is to better serve the community that the stores surround.
